Through Elaine's guidance and close partnership I was able to dig deep and regain the strength and confidence to find myself again. I was in a dark place and didn't know where to start. Thanks to Rise Up my faith is stronger, I have a plan, and I am motivated.

I was experiencing a lot of burnout and feeling hopeless about my career. I've only been working with Elaine for a short while and I already feel more hopeful about the future. She challenged me to identify what's important to me and align my daily actions with those values. I haven't felt this good in a very long time. My faith has grown through this process.

Elaine is a delight to work with. She provided training for our leadership team focused on supporting employees impacted by trauma. She was well prepared and immediately connected with the team. Elaine's love for people and her faith shows in how she facilitates conversations, encourages participation, and supports others to be their best.

Elaine was a great addition to a panel discussion we held for Juneteenth highlighting mental health and work-life balance. She provided a great balance of practical advice and inspiration, and our participants found her message to be encouraging and also actionable.

I'm grateful to have Elaine as my life coach. The self-discovery process was everything. She helped me see myself in a totally new light and understand my values and my gifts. I have a renewed commitment to living my best life, and I'm trusting God more to guide my path.
